The Uttar pradesh technical University (UPTU) is one of the biggest university in all over the india and in which large number of technial or non technical colleges are working right now including govt and private colleges ,and the Uttar pradesh technical University (UPTU) provide a seat know as Fee waiver seat (FWOP Seat),this seat is reserved for all category students who have best rank and this seat will be allot to a candidates who have best rank according to college.

How Can i get FWOP Seat in UPTU UPSEE 2015 in 1st round counseling .
How Can i get FWOP Seat in UPTU UPSEE 2015 in 2nd round counseling .
How Can i get FWOP Seat in UPTU UPSEE 2015 in 3rd round counseling .

in every college have 5% seat are reserved for this FWOP and all those candidates who want to apply this FWOP seat then you have to need some documents ,in order to proff that you are belong to poor family ,uttar pradesh govt provide this seat to poor candidates who have not enough money for doing courses ,

you have to need a Document called "INCOME CERTIFICATE " not more than 40,000 salary .
in hindi you have to need a certificate " आये प्रमाण पत्र " 

• at the time of counseling you will submit it at counseling centers.
